Background:

Kansas Administrative Regulations 108-1-3 and 108-1-4 establish definitions and qualifying criteria for inclusion and participation in the State of Kansas Employee Group Health Insurance program. Groups enrolled in the State Group Health Plan are not eligible for HealthWave.

For New Groups Interested In Joining The SEHP:

For public employers interested in joining the SEHP, we would recommend reviewing the State Employee Health Plan Information for Non State Groups. This document provides information regarding the requirements for participation, rates and plan offerings. The SEHP requires 90 days advance notice before a new group will be effective.
