HealthyKIDS Information - 2009

 

Eligibility for HealthyKIDS will be based on whether the family would otherwise qualify for the state of Kansas Health Wave (Title 21) Program, but cannot participate in HealthWave since the family has access to SEHP.  Eligible employees may qualify for the increased employer premium contribution if family size and income fall within the certain guidelines.
