KFMAM Manual - Helpful Hint

KFMAM Search Tips -

A search may contain one word, multiple words, or a section number. The search field must contain only words that the user is seeking to find. Special terms (i.e., +, -, and, or, and not) should not be used in a search.

Searching for All Words - The search must find all words entered in the search field in order to return a search result. For example, a search for “Administrative Information” returns sections that have both the word “Administrative” and the word “Information.”

Searching for Any Word - The search must find any of the words entered in the search field in order to return a search result. For example, a search for “Child Support” will return sections that have either the word “Child” or the word “Support.”

Searching for Entire Phrases - The search must find all of the words, exactly in the order that they were typed in the search box, in order to return a search result. For example, a search for “Certificates of Creditable Coverage” will return only the sections that have the entire phrase.
