Feeling stressed out? You are not alone. Many Americans state that stress adversely impacts their health, relationships and daily obligations. Though you cannot eliminate all of the stress in your life, it can be helpful to find ways to manage stress.
Working with your personal Coach you can get valuable support and tips that can help you become more aware of stress and how it affects your life. You will work with a Coach to identify what causes your stress and gain an understanding of your perspectives, expectations and coping skills that impact your response to stress. New coping skills will be provided so you can learn how to better handle your reactions to stressful demands at home and in the workplace.
How does the program work?
Calling the toll-free number will put you in touch with your personal Health Coach who will review your current situation, stressors and goals related to stress management. You will work with your Coach and receive tailored support and information that relates to your individual situation. You have access to your personal Health Coach 24 hours a day by calling the toll-free support line.
