Free Stress Management Coaching for Employees

The HealthQuest LIFELINE program has been offering free life coaching services to employees since September 2004 on the following topics: building sound relationships, improving self-confidence, and strengthening your career. Effective today, employees can now request life coaching for stress management in addition to the current coaching topics.

You may want to give stress management coaching a try if you're experiencing any of the following situations:

“I always seem to be behind at work--I never get caught up.”

“I never seem to have enough hours in a day.”

“Mornings at our house are nothing but chaos.”

“Sometimes I get so frustrated, I just want to scream.”

Does this sound like your life? Stress is a word that we often hear in today’s fast-paced world. Unfortunately, as much as it affects all of us and as much as we talked about it, many of us could use a little help in managing it.

The new Stress Management Coaching program from LIFELINE is designed to assist employees in learning additional tools to manage both the negative and positive stressors in their lives.

Employees who participate in the Stress Management Coaching Program will work through a four to six session program with their LIFELINE Coach to evaluate how stress is impacting their life physically, emotionally, socially, and professionally. The LIFELINE Coach will guide the employee through specific exercises to help them determine their priorities and eliminate or restructure aspects of life that are draining them of their energy and direction. The Coach will help reprogram negative thinking and self-talk into empowering inner conversations that will eliminate or at least minimize self-destructive stress-related thoughts and actions.

While the LIFELINE Stress Management Coaching is limited to six sessions, stress is a part of life that usually needs to be addressed on a daily basis. To aid in this on-going process, the LIFELINE Coach will provide a number of resources that are available on the web that employees can utilize for their continued growth and development towards a more stress-healthy lifestyle. Employees are also encouraged to seek additional help through the variety of services available through LIFELINE.
