KHPA Home - KHPA Board - Purpose

The purpose of the KHPA Board is to provide independent oversight and policymaking decisions for the management and operations of KHPA. Membership of the Board is made up of nine voting members who have been appointed by the Governor and House and Senate leadership, and eight non-voting (ex-officio) members which include Secretaries of State Departments: Health & Environment (including Interim Director of Health), Social & Rehabilitation Services, Administration, Aging, the Insurance Commissioner, the Commissioner of Education, and the Executive Director of KHPA.
